Pros:
The winch and mount arrived on time.
The winch and replacement grill plate look good. They don't detract from the overall look of the vehicle.
The winch works great after it was mounted and wired in.
It came with a handlebar attachment so you can apparently mount it on your Polaris quad, also.
The price! I bought a 4500# winch for almost twice what an "official" Polaris winch costs.
Cons:
The custom mount kit was missing 3 of the 4 bolts needed to mount the winch to the mounting plate. I had to buy $10 worth of high strength bolts before I could get started.
The instructions called for mounting the in/out switch to the top of the dash where it would stick out like a sore thumb and draw unwanted attention from small children.
The replacement grill plate was painted a glossy black, but my Polaris is painted in a textured flat black.
Bottom line:
A great deal with just a few "bumps in the road."
