(More customer reviews)Purchased a vehicle already equipped with a Valet Remote Starter System 551R (note: different 551R modules require different remotes) that did not come with the transmitter/remote. After researching which remote was needed, purchasing this $28 remote allowed me to easily & inexpensively have a working remote start system which is just great for the wintertime. It was the first time programing a system like this for me but it was easy & quick to program. You do have to understand the instructions though to make sure the components relearn how to operate properly!
