(More customer reviews)Pros: I am the second owner and I have had it for maybe 2 years and it has worked well for me. I make CD+RWs to reuse and the mp3 navigation is easy. Just a simple up and down for folders and left and right for tracks, don't have to do into any menus first. I also adjust my bass a lot so a simple tap on the volume number and a turn and I didn't have to look. I suppose its not very feature rich, so that makes it easy to use and navigate the simple things you would use the most. I listen to a lot of rock music so I set the bass to tight and my sub amp is on LP mode. The bass kicks well without a lot of drowning out bass and distortion.
The deck also has MOSFET.
Cons: I'm not sure if it is my amp and subs or if it is the deck or the nature of audio but there is a significant difference between +8 and +10 on the bass. The +8 you can hear the bass, but on +10 it suddenly has a lot of punch and I can feel the bass, not so much difference on the other settings. It also depends on the song. (there is not a dedicated bass output, I just use the front output because I fade my speakers to the front, gives subs more volume)
There is an RCA audio input but only accessible if a CD Changer is hooked up. If you look around you can find an iPod adapter that will trick it into thinking a cd changer exists, and will allow any input sources. This is about $30.
I said I am the second own and it has gotten a lot of use, but sometimes now when changing tracks it changes source. (The source button is on the opposite end of the face place) Could be some short or I need to clean the contacts.
